I noticed today when working on the charitable Contributions On the customer Contacts form I have not added any way of entering a new job type so add the code below in the JobTypeID NotInList event

I will add some other items for this including a lookup form and subform and a double click you could add these from the Charitable Contributions Template

Just noticed while working on another template the navigation buttons on frmTasks are not required but should you wish to make it into an entry screen you will need an auto lookup query.

if you don't know what one is please let me know and I'll post the SQL and a description of how to update the screen.
