End Of Year Charts Compiler Update

Now I've had a chance to evaluate this feature I've decided to add the aditional functions rather than have to add them at a later date.

Button will be added to the charts screen so when a Chart is selected that has been taged as a end of year chart you will be able to run the function to create the chart.

This Feature will also require a update to the Charts Export System

It uses the original CTE Charts List which has been updated to make it a information source as well.
