Hi,

The bugtracker is a nice template. I didn't like the default color but that was easilly fixed.
I have several applications to maintain and i also test applications from other people.
I want to store all bugs/wishes/reminders in this database.
Is this bugtracker able to do this?

What is a customer and what is an employee in the context of the bugtracker appplication?

Hi Guus,

The Simple Answer is yes I'll take each question

You can use the projects I.E. Project Version Button then double click the Project to add a project to the list this project can relate to whatever project company you wish by giving it a name that relates to both, I haven't Added a Clent/Customer to the projects but you could do that by adding the field and relation to the project table

As A Thought you could use the Time And Billing Template And add what you need from the bug tracker to that project, If there is enough interest I may do that myself
At present there is no reminder system I may create an example for one though but am very bussy at present

The Customer is Assigned on the new bug report screen As a contact report I did that to allow for both inhouse and client reports
The Employee can be assigned to each bg report so as to say whole is doing the works
